ENTRIES ACCEPTED STARTING JANUARY 15, 2010 UNTIL FINAL DEADLINE ON JUNE 15.
Please do not send any entries before January 15th.

You can send multiple film entries in the same mailed package.
Multiple entries from same Director accepted but each must have its own Entry Form & Fee Payment.
Student films can be entered in more than one category but each must have its own Entry Form & Fee Payment.
Entries may be sent by any postal service you choose and must be fully prepaid but do not send by registered postal mail.

INCLUDE IN YOUR PACKAGE ONLY THE THREE (3) ITEMS BELOW:
(1) A printed copy of this ENTRY FORM after you fill it, type it, and then sign above.
(2) A copy of your DVD or VHS film entry.
Foreign VHS must be in NTSC format not PAL.
For foreign DVDs, send only converted for Region Code 0 (universal) or Region Code 1 (North America).

In our 7th year, after the great successes of our 2004-2009 Competitions, we intend to continue to make this competition
a premier event for Short Films in the world, and to celebrate the winning filmmakers by opening career access doors
to Hollywood and providing them with cash awards, meetings with industry players, and over 125 sponsored prizes.
